General Summary

Supports SAP system daily and communicates missing information that is needed to ensure accurate hours for payroll.



Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supports managers, supervisors, group leaders, and team leaders with SAP timekeeping.
  • Verifies hours worked and reviews temporary schedules for hourly personnel
  • Communicates necessary information to payroll department as needed for payroll processing
  • Reviews Time evaluation messages and Open Request submitted in Fiori \ Kiosk
  • Performs various clerical functions necessary for position
  • Process SAP time correction rework.
  • Run various report upon request
  • Reports inconsistencies to HR \ Payroll Manager for review





Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

        Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma/GED equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in timekeeping system and scheduling (SAP Preferred)
  • Computer literate and knowledgeable of Excel required (V-lookup Must)
  • Ability to audit documents and perform minor math calculations
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills required
  • Work generally performed in an office environment with minimal exposure to unpleasant and/or hazardous working conditions
  • Knowledge of automated payroll systems desired
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with weekly deadlines
