Supply Chain Specialist Coordinator

You can look forward to these exciting tasks

  • Monitor daily production output to ensure manufacturing performance aligns with production plans and customer delivery requirements
  • Coordinate production schedules and shipment plans to support on-time delivery performance and customer satisfaction
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery status, schedule changes, and recovery plans when supply disruptions occur
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and suppliers to resolve material shortages, capacity constraints, and other supply chain challenges
  • Manage and maintain supplier communication for painted parts, ensuring material availability and timely deliveries
  • Analyze production and inventory data to identify risks, anticipate changes, and support continuous supply chain performance improvements
  • Support cross-functional problem-solving activities to minimize delivery disruptions and maintain customer commitments


This is what you bring to us

  • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, materials planning, logistics, or a related manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of production scheduling, customer delivery requirements, and supplier coordination
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify changes, risks, and potential supply chain disruptions proactively
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and supply chain planning tools
