You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- Contact person for respective customer on all Quality topics from project phase through to series production
- Monitor and report of relevant Q-targets, work with other functions to identify and implement actions to maintain or improve performance
- Handling and on-time resolution of customer complaints and claims in line with relevant requirements and standards using 8D-method according to WIMS QI and Q3 process
- Prepare, conduct and document process audits (internal and external), implement actions to resolve non-conformances and ensuring efficiency
- Prepare and implement capability and measurement capability studies to ensure process capability
This is what you bring to us:
- The ability to respond to input and direction from multiple cross functional departments
- Expertise in automotive industry standards - Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Conflict resolution, communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical degree preferred
- 3-5 years of supplier quality experience in an automotive environment.
