Our “Roof & Components (RC)” business unit develops and produces roof systems for every type of vehicle and autonomous driving. To achieve this, we rely on the most modern technologies and materials. You can look forward to these exciting tasks: 

This job is responsible for quality, costs and timing of regional serial projects post gateway 5 until EOP with high complexity. 
Additionally it is in charge of planning, controlling and tracking of serial projects 
Tracking and managing budgeted launch costs and escalating potential and actual deviations
Tracking and communicating lessons learnt for future product and process improvements and other launches
Ensuring a smooth transition into serial production and for post-product ensuring the identification and the effective management of launch design and cost improvement opportunities by using the standard change management process
