Our “Roof & Components (RC)” business unit develops and produces roof systems for every type of vehicle, including autonomous driving. To achieve this, we rely on the most modern technologies and materials. Are you technically skilled and enthusiastic about product innovations? Then use your expertise and passion to help shape our success story.
Candidates without prior experience are welcome!

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
•    Operation of a small number of machines and workstations within a production line according to work instructions, including applicable Quality and HSE guidelines.
•    Removal of products from the machines and assembly of components.
•    Monitoring of processes and inspection of quality/safety characteristics.
•    Escalation of any detected concerns and problems (Quality and Safety) in line with escalation procedures.
•    Performing workstation 5S activities and total production maintenance (TPM) in line with standard operating procedures.
•    Involvement in continuous improvement processes.
