Our “Roof & Components (RC)” business unit develops and produces roof systems for every type of vehicle and autonomous driving. To achieve this, we rely on the most modern technologies and materials. Are you technically skilled and enthusiastic about product innovations? Then use your expertise and passion to help shape our success story.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

Works with HR Generalist to assist with onboarding efforts.

Participates in ongoing development, communication, and implementation of new programs and policies.

Assisting with training and cross training matrix for production colleagues

Audit and maintain employee personnel files to ensure compliance with company policy and government regulations.

Other duties as assigned by HR Business Partner and HR Manager

What you bring to us:

Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and organizational skills.

Enrolled in accredited bachelor’s or master’s degree program in HR or equivalent.

Experience working with Microsoft Office
