- Advise site leadership on HR initiatives and foster a collaborative labor environment in partnership with the HR Business Partner Labor Relations
- Coach managers on labor relations, grievance handling, and daily union interactions alongside the HR Business Partner Labor Relations
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and address labor-related challenges with support from the HR Business Partner Labor Relations
- Deliver training to strengthen leadership capability and ensure contract compliance with the HR Business Partner Labor Relations
- Serve as a liaison during negotiations and labor-management meetings, collaborating closely with the HR Business Partner Labor Relations
This is what you bring to us
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred
- 3–5 years of HR experience in a unionized environment, ideally with exposure to HR Business Partner Labor Relations responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of employment and labor law, including experience partnering with an HR Business Partner Labor Relations
- Ability to build trust across all levels, including frontline leaders and union reps—key qualities for an HR Business Partner Labor Relations
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office with a data-driven mindset aligned to the HR Business Partner Labor Relations role
