Production Team Lead

You can look forward to these exciting tasks

  • Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM with mandatory overtime as needed
  • Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets
  • Assign and balance workloads across operators based on production plans and staffing levels
  • Monitor performance, resolve quality, quantity, and safety issues, and coordinate with maintenance on equipment and repairs
  • Support continuous improvement, communicate across teams, and train and develop team members

 

This is what you bring to us

  • Technical or vocational education (apprenticeship preferred) in a manufacturing-related field
  • 5 years of experience in a production environment, ideally within the automotive industry
  • Prior leadership or team coordination experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and continuous improvement tools
  • Solid communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
