Manager Operations

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

  • Lead Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance and Supply Chain teams to achieve plant objectives.
  • Own plant operational performance including safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Direct production planning, resource allocation and execution to meet customer demand and budget targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using WPS, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, 5S and structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Ensure optimum equipment uptime, maintenance effectiveness and manufacturing process capability.
  • Oversee material flow, inventory management, warehousing, logistics and customer deliveries.
  • Support successful launches, engineering changes and capacity expansion projects. 
  • Manage operational budgets, capital investments, cost reduction initiatives and headcount planning.
  • Ensure compliance with all quality, product safety, environmental and health & safety requirements.
  • Develop leaders and employees through coaching, training, succession planning and performance management.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to achieve business goals.

This is what you bring to us:

  • University degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business or 
    related field.
  •  10+ years of manufacturing operations experience.
  •  5+ years of leadership experience managing multiple operational functions.
  •  Strong knowledge of production systems, manufacturing engineering, maintenance and 
    supply chain operations.
  • Experience in automotive or highly automated manufacturing environments preferred. 
    Knowledge of SAP, MES and digital manufacturing tools.
  • Knowledge of IATF, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and customer-specific requirements.
