•    Overseeing financial operations at the plant level, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

•    Collaborating with plant management to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and enhance profitability

•    Managing the preparation and dissemination of plant-level financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP

•    Conducting comprehensive analysis of production costs, material consumption, and inventory levels

•    Facilitating and supporting internal and external audits

•    Ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal regulations as well as adherence to corporate policies

•    Assessing risks associated with plant operations and implementing appropriate risk-mitigation strategies

•    Leading and training an accounting and finance team at the plant

This is what you bring to us:

•    Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting 

•    At least 5 years in a Financial Analyst role as part of Accounting, Controlling or Finance Departments

•    Strong analytical skills and initiative to drive change; and make recommendations for cost improvements

•    Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge – esp. Excel

•    Preferred experience working with SAP
