- Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime
- Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective corrective actions
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment specifications
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment status to the team
This is what you bring to us
- Apprenticeship, vocational training, or technical education in Maintenance, Mechanical Technology, or a related field
- Less than 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and experience performing equipment repairs
- Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and equipment specifications
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices, safety standards, and manufacturing processes
