Warehouse Supervisor C Shift

Webasto is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor on C Crew at our new manufacturing plant in New Hudson, MI!

Key Responsibilities
  • Hands-on leadership of a team of shift-based forklift drivers and line feeders within shift, including performance management and development planning
  • Oversee shopfloor material flow operations, including shipping and receiving
  • Ensure transactional accuracy within SAP
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in cooperation with other functions
  • Drive adherence to company standards, standard work instructions, safety protocols and daily routines across the entire team
  • Escalation of any issues in line with escalation processes
