Our “Roof & Components (RC)” business unit develops and produces roof systems for every type of vehicle and autonomous driving. To achieve this, we rely on the most modern technologies and materials. Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics / AX and / or SAP (Hanna S4) is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to handle multiple priorities and prioritize appropriately
  • Follow ISO14001 / 9001; IATF / TS 16949 as required

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain material master data in ERP system and correct data as required
  • Assist with releasing purchase orders to vendors utilizing MRP
  • Direct contact with suppliers as needed
  • Works closely with SCM and Engineering during Engineering Change Process in order to coordinate release dates while minimizing excess / obsolete materials
  • Help to manage inventory issues – resolve discrepancies
  • Assist in working with customer service to ensure orders sent to shipping team are sent correctly
  • Assist with updating customer notes to ensure data is correct
  • Support supply chain with part shortages
  • Assist with prioritization of outbound orders
  • Work with suppliers and transportation company to ensure truck is optimized, moved according to plan and delivered on time.
  • Responsible for supplier evaluation and driving QM process until cost is recovered and action lists is closed (L1, L2 or L3) corresponding to the supplier area.
