SCM Senior Supervisor Warehouse

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

 

  • Lead daily warehouse and shopfloor supply chain operations, ensuring material availability, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery to production and customers.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound processes, including truck scheduling, receiving, put away, picking, and shipping.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, material handling practices, and equipment usage (Hi-Lo, tuggers).
  • Manage workforce activities including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for material shortages and logistics issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize material flow and warehouse layout.
  • Maintain accurate system transactions and support inventory control processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, logistics, and support teams.
  • Coach and develop supervisors and team leaders.

 

This is what you bring to us:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations, including 2+ years in a leadership role within an automotive or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience leading teams across multiple shifts, including supervisors and coordinators.
    Strong knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to improve material flow, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations (receiving, put away, picking, shipping).
  • Proficiency with SAP and/or ERP/MRP systems.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
