Our “Roof & Components (RC)” business unit develops and produces roof systems for every type of vehicle and autonomous driving. To achieve this, we rely on the most modern technologies and materials. Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in Quality preferred
  • Training and Development experience
  • Effective communication, analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively are essential
  • Basic knowledge of relevant Production Processes and Technologies
  • Basic knowledge of Quality related company standards and customer specific requirements
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and other software applications used in a production environment


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions for colleagues at all levels, including new hires and experienced staff using a variety of methods such as presentations, workshops and simulations.
  • Implement training programs for process improvement based on company requirements and industry standards
  • Ensuring that colleagues understand and adhere to quality standards, procedures and regulations relevant to the automotive industry (e.g. IATF16949)
  • Support the daily business in standard technical and administrative aspects
  • Supporting activities with the SCM function, 3rd party organizations, production or other involved parts 
  • Preparation of standard reports of supplier performance  
  • Support the tracking of the successful resolution of supplier claims
  • Organizing and performing internal sorting activities of supplied components, finished goods, sub-assemblies and/or finished goods
