Quality Engineer Operations

Webasto is looking for:

Quality Engineer, Operations is responsible for the quality of processes and product outputs.

Responsibilities include:

• Defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for a service or manufactured material, component or product • Auditing, monitoring and determining the quality of processes or outputs, either against defined internal and/or regulatory standards

• Product integrity testing, coloring, fitting and pattern and wet processing to ensure orders are in compliance with corporate/customers' quality requirements

• Reporting on process deviations and defects

This job applies and contributes to Quality processes and standards in the plant context and performs activites associated with the planning, daily management, control and performance improvement of Production Quality, including the planning and implementation of Quality processes and documentation for the respective area of responsibility. Additionally it acts as contact person for the customer on any Quality related topics or concerns.

Formal Education: Engineering Degree, preferably in Quality

Work Experience: <3 years
