Our “Roof & Components (RC)” business unit develops and produces roof systems for every type of vehicle and autonomous driving. To achieve this, we rely on the most modern technologies and materials. Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or automotive engineering and the core tools (FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, MSA, APQP, SPC)
- 2+ years’ experience in quality assurance in the automotive sector
- Experience in the application Q-methods and QM-systems
- Good Knowledge of quality related customer‘s and legal requirements
- Basic knowledge of product liability law
- High operational readiness, assertiveness and self-reliance as well as team spirit and good communication skills
- MS Office Suite and SAP skills
Key Responsibilities
- Contact person for respective customer on all Quality topics from project phase through to series production
- Prepare, create and maintain product control plans and test instructions for Production
- Monitor and report of relevant Q-targets, work with other functions to identify and implement actions to maintain or improve performance
- Coordinate initial sampling to customer until release, plan and coordinate requalification tests
- Handling and on-time resolution of customer complaints and claims in line with relevant requirements and standards using 8D-method (0km and field claims) according to WIMS Q1 and Q3 process
- Prepare, conduct and document process audits (internal and external), implement actions to resolve non-conformances and ensuring efficiency
- Prepare and implement capability and measurement capability studies to ensure process capability
- Prepare / implement advanced Quality planning and optimize relevant quality planning processes and FMEA results
- Plan and coordinate relevant QM tasks incl. activities and documentation
