Process Technician - B Shift

Our “Roof & Components (RC)” business unit develops and produces roof systems for every type of vehicle and autonomous driving. To achieve this, we rely on the most modern technologies and materials. Minimum Qualifications

• High experience with machines of the relevant production technology
• Basic knowledge in programming of machines
• Basic knowledge of robot programming
• Knowledge in MS-Office
• Working knowledge of relevant HSE and workplace safety requirements and relevant certifications

Key Responsibilities

• Set-up and start-up of complex production machines and their tools (e.g. injection molding) according to specifications and in compliance with the specified times
• Independent implementation of process optimizations to achieve the target values of scrap and cycle time
• Elimination of minor malfunctions on the equipment (incl. periphery)
• Perform production and shift releases
• Preparation of the production-accompanying documentation
• Compliance with and implementation of valid quality and occupational health and safety standards
• Analysis and evaluation of process values
• Collaboration in the sampling of new projects
