Our “Roof & Components (RC)” business unit develops and produces roof systems for every type of vehicle and autonomous driving. To achieve this, we rely on the most modern technologies and materials. Key Responsibilities

  • Overall Responsibility for the Plant Maintenance Function to ensure excellent technical performance and constant availability of production equipment and systems in line with all applicable safety, technical, legal requirements, and Company Values
  • Responsibility for the appropriate management of departmental budget, headcount, spare parts inventory, TPM planning, building of molds, tools, and fixtures
  • Effectively plan & manage MT financial and KPI performance to achieve operational targets related to equipment, tooling and fixtures
  • Ensure planning and implementation of scheduled maintenance to improve mean time between failures
  • Lead MT team across the plant in line with expectations ensuring high levels of engagement, including headcount planning, performance management and development planning for the team


Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years in an automotive, JIT/JIS based highly automated manufacturing environment
  • Profound experience of latest maintenance practices in a highly automated environment, including TPM and spare parts management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills and experience in developing a high-performance, shift-based maintenance team
  • Budget management and control
  • Experience with mold making maintenance and repair
  • Experience maintaining complex automated production equipment (pneumatics, hydraulics, robotics, milling, molding processes)
