- Supporting the market in the rollout of new warranty tools and processes
- Actively contributing to the optimization of warranty processes
- Preparing data for internal tracking of issues
- Communicating with customers on all warranty-related matter
This is what you bring to us:
- Completed technical vocational training (technician, master craftsman)
- Professional experience in the field of warranty, ideally in the automotive aftermarket
- Experience with documentation systems
- Basic understanding of production processes and key performance indicator analysis
- English language skills
