Service Administration Specialist (f/m/x)

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

  • Receiving incoming inquiries from retailers and service partners by phone and email
  • Advising customers on Webasto products, technical issues, and services
  • Documenting inquiries in Webasto systems (CRM)
  • Creating and applying question guides for standard inquiries
  • Preparing data for internal issue tracking
  • Participating in training courses to continuously improve knowledge

 

This is what you bring to us:

  • Completed technical vocational training (technician, master craftsman)
  • Professional experience in the technical field, ideally in the automotive aftermarket
  • Experience in using documentation systems (e.g., CRM)
  • Communication skills, confident handling of customers on the phone
  • Interest in continuous improvement of customer communication and further training
  • English language skills
