What you bring to us:
- Technical degree and several years of experience in automotive development, with specific knowledge in refrigerants, heat pumps, thermodynamics, and manufacturing processes
- Very good knowledge of automotive development processes such as FMEA, APQP, and 8D, as well as a strong quality and cost awareness
- Assertiveness, confident demeanor with customers, as well as strong communication skills and team orientation
- Intercultural competence, high flexibility, commitment, and willingness to travel
- Very good English skills in line with international requirements
