Warranty administrator and Technical Support (f/m/x)

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

  • Manage warranty and 0 Km requests from aftermarket and OE customers
  • Manage analysis and reporting related to warranty and 0 Km materials
  • Contribute to the telephone support service by providing technical support via phone/email for the entire range of Webasto products
  • Actively collaborate with internal departments (R&D, Quality, Sales) to analyze technical issues and customer assistance requests
  • Perform interventions at customer locations

 

This is what you bring to us:

  • High school diploma, preferably in mechanical or electrical subjects
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Internet Explorer, and, if possible, SAP
  • Knowledge of the English language
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team, results-oriented, and customer-focused
