- Manage warranty and 0 Km requests from aftermarket and OE customers
- Manage analysis and reporting related to warranty and 0 Km materials
- Contribute to the telephone support service by providing technical support via phone/email for the entire range of Webasto products
- Actively collaborate with internal departments (R&D, Quality, Sales) to analyze technical issues and customer assistance requests
- Perform interventions at customer locations
This is what you bring to us:
- High school diploma, preferably in mechanical or electrical subjects
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Internet Explorer, and, if possible, SAP
- Knowledge of the English language
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team, results-oriented, and customer-focused
