- Independent definition, planning and steering of development customer and platform projects in the field of automotive Air-Conditioning systems
- Transfer of market insights, targets and vision to product and project strategy
- Management of project activities in terms of scope, schedule, costs and quality according to standardized processes and methods
- Steering of interdisciplinary project teams
- Close coordination with the interfaces involved and preparation of project gateway meetings for higher-level steering committees
This is what you bring to us:
- Successfully completed engineering degree (e.g. electrical engineering, mechatronics) or a comparable educational background
- Several years of professional experience in project management preferably in the automotive environment
- Structured way of working, innovative thinking, pronounced quality and cost awareness as well as strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- High level of teamwork paired with strong communication and moderation skills as well as intercultural competence
- Fluent spoken and written English
