Controlling Expert (F/M/X)

Our Business Area Electrification (EE) develops and produces battery systems as well as electric and fuel-powered thermal solutions. Additionally, the business unit includes our aftermarket division, Customized & Lifecycle Solutions (EC), offering products and solutions for nearly all types of on-/off-highway and shore vehicles, with a strong focus on thermal and energy management solutions.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks: 

  • Monthly closing activities, including the analysis of key variances and the submission of related reports to the parent Company
  • Discussion of key variances and issues with company Management
  • Preparation of the budget and medium-term economic and financial plan, in collaboration with company departments and the parent Company
  • Analysis and discussion of main KPIs with relevant departments, including personnel costs, cost center expenses, inventory turnover ratio, working capital, etc
  • Support to company management through analyses of specific projects and business lines
  • Interfaces with auditors 

 

  • Elabora le chiusure mensili analizzando i principali scostamenti ed invia i report relativi alla casa madre
  • Discute con la Direzione aziendale i principali scostamenti e tematiche
  • Redige il budget e piano a medio termine sia economico che finanziario in collaborazione con gli enti aziendali e la casa madre
  • Analizza e discute con le funzioni aziendali coinvolte i principali KPI quali costi del personale, costi per centro di costo, indice di rotazione del magazzino, working capital, ecc.
  • Supporta la Direzione aziendale con analisi su specifici progetti, linee di Business
  • Si Interfaccia con gli auditor 


This is what you bring to us: 

  • Several years of experience in the Management Control function in structured manufacturing companies
  • Degree in Economics
  • Knowledge of industrial and analytical Accounting
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in SAP and Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Results-oriented
  • Strong analytical skill

 

  • Esperienza di 5 anni nella funzione Controllo di Gestione in realtà manifatturiere strutturate
  • Laurea in Economia
  • Conoscenza contabilità industriale e analitica
  • Inglese Fluente
  • Conoscenza SAP – excel 
  • Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione
  • Orientamento al risultato
  • Capacità di analisi
