• Lead and manage engineering operations for sellable products/systems, including coordination of all development activities (design, validation) and interfaces from project start to production handover
• Create and validate technical concepts using methodologies such as CAE and DoE; develop and manage complete system design (mechanical and electrical/electronic)
• Conduct system reviews with all involved departments and ensure compliance with standards for quality, cost, safety, reliability, timelines, and performance in production processes
• Interpret technical plans, drawings, and specifications while providing technical support to the sales team for product-related and industry-specific engineering activities
• Ensure overall system development and performance, aligning design, validation, and production to meet project objectives

This is what you bring to us:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (preferably Mechanical Engineering) and minimum 7 years in the HVAC industry (Automotive HVAC is a plus)
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in 3D design software (Catia, SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor) and good knowledge of automotive development processes; strong economic understanding and cost relations
• Language & Communication: Excellent English (spoken and written), strong communication, interpersonal, planning, analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; ability to lead activities
• Mobility & Requirements: No travel restrictions, valid driving license, no military obligation for male candidates; living in or willing to relocate to İzmir or Manisa
• Additional Competencies: Ability to provide leadership and ensure effective collaboration across teams
