You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- Act as the plant’s contact person for all customer quality topics from project phase through series production and handle and resolve customer complaints and claims on time using appropriate problem-solving tools
- Create and maintain product control plans, test instructions, and advanced quality planning processes, optimize FMEA results and coordinate all QM tasks including PPAP documentation for product and process release
- Coordinate initial sampling until customer release, plan and manage requalification tests, prepare and implement capability and measurement capability studies to ensure process capability
- Conduct internal and external process audits according to standards, implement corrective actions for non-conformances and ensure their effectiveness, participate in feasibility commitment, risk analysis and book of duty creation
- Analyze quality data using statistical tools and software, frequent customer visits and possible international travel or stationing at customer site if required
This is what you bring to us:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering and minimum 8 years of quality management experience within a manufacturing environment
- Profound knowledge of production processes, quality methods, tools and management systems with strong understanding of customer-specific requirements, legal standards, product liability law and HSE regulations
- High proficiency in problem-solving and continuous improvement tools, structured decision-making, statistical tools and measurement analysis
- Excellent English spoken and written with strong conflict resolution, negotiation and communication skills and ability to manage complex quality-related tasks effectively
- Very good proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
