You can look forward to these exciting tasks: 

• Execute “schedule break” (priority 1) repairs to reduce unplanned downtime
• Analyze downtime data to identify equipment or components causing the largest losses and implement actions to reduce future downtime
• Identify and implement equipment improvement opportunities in collaboration with operations and maintenance (supervisors and operators) to prevent or minimize downtime
• Support maintenance planning in evaluating and optimizing repair plans
• Coordinate with equipment manufacturers and external service providers to support operations and maintenance and improve repair effectiveness
• Take ownership of the spare parts program, including determining the parts required to ensure reliable facility operations
• Conduct maintainability studies to analyze and reduce MTTR, while leading the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) program through the identification of actions to prevent recurrence, tracking actions through implementation, and ensuring effectiveness
