- Tuesday - Friday 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM. Overtime required.
- Set up equipment, materials, and tooling to support production requirements and quality standards
- Monitor equipment performance, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with troubleshooting activities
- Review production schedules and coordinate process readiness for scheduled run
- Monitor process performance and implement corrective actions to maintain production efficiency
- Maintain compliance with IATF standards, customer requirements, and company procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts
This is what you bring to us
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of Process Technician experience supporting manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of high-pressure RIM equipment, milling processes, and manufacturing troubleshooting
- Basic electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and maintain quality standards
