- Supervision of production facilities while adhering to cost, quality, and schedule objectives
- Support for production in process optimizations and continuous improvements using the Kaizen philosophy
- Collaboration in the design of welding connections in cooperation with product development
- Creation of documentation for production, planning, and project management
- Participation in the training of new employees as well as involvement in shop floor management
- Support in risk assessments for machines and equipment
This is what you bring to us:
- Completed vocational training in metalworking (industrial mechanic/toolmaker) or equivalent
- Relevant professional experience in handling robots, preferably KUKA
- Independent, goal-oriented, and systematic working style
- Team-oriented working style
- Good communication skills (presentation, moderation)
- Good computer skills
