ME PX Specialist

You can look forward to these exciting tasks

  • Serving as the regional subject matter expert and governance lead for MES, SAP, and 4PEP systems
  • Driving standardization and continuous improvement of Manufacturing Engineering (ME) and Maintenance processes in alignment with corporate methodology
  • Ensuring system integration and data consistency across SAP routings, MES production data, and 4PEP engineering documentation
  • Providing strategic digital support to Development and Series projects, including bill of material setup, routing validation, and system readiness
  • Governing data quality, KPI integrity (OLE – Availability, Performance, Quality), and disruption analysis to support operational excellence
  • Leading system troubleshooting, upgrades, testing, and cross-functional alignment following changes or implementations
  • Acting as the regional escalation point, trainer, and change agent for ME digital systems and process governance


This is what you bring to us

  • Advanced knowledge of MES, SAP, and/or 4PEP within a manufacturing or automotive production environment (multi-system expertise strongly preferred)
  • Deep understanding of SAP routings, master data governance, production order structures, and SAP–MES integration logic
  • Proven experience supporting Development and Series production projects from a systems and process governance perspective
  • Strong analytical capability with demonstrated experience in KPI validation, data auditing, and operational performance analysis
  • Ability to operate as a cross-functional leader, influencing stakeholders, delivering training, and driving structured change management initiatives
