• Supervising the introduction of new products into production, guaranteeing quality, target costs, safety and initial training for new staff,
• Efficiency of company production processes.
• In alignment with global business strategy, implementation/developing of new processes in coordination with Global Process Leaders (UNITE/SAP project)

This is what you bring to us:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, familiar with electrical and leak testing as well as manual small-series assembly processes
• Strong knowledge of problem-solving and process quality methodologies such as P-FMEA
• Skilled in planning, coordination, reporting, and presenting with an analytical, creative, and strategically minded approach
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills with a proactive and dynamic attitude
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, SAP, ERP/CRM systems, and 3D CAD tools; preferably experienced as an SAP key user and capable of organizing user trainings
• Customer-oriented mindset combined with initiative, enthusiasm, passion, humility, and strong work ethic
• Good command of English, completed military service, and a valid category B driving license
