- Support the Tool Ordering process by doing compliance checks and assuring internal guidelines are being followed.
- Creation of the respective tool in the SAP system.
- Contact the suppliers to fullfill Tool Inventory List and update the necessary information in the SAP system.
- Handling of tool plates management (own tools and tools for sale).
- Support process for tool sales and annual inventory.
This is what you bring to us:
- College degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Basic knowledge of SAP.
- Language skills: fluent in English.
- Communication skills and cooperative mindset.
- High level of accountability and accuracy.
