- Manage a team of 11 employees, with 3 indirect reports.
- Take responsibility for service quality and KPIs agreed with internal customers.
- Supplier Quality: Requalification, IMDS.
- Purchasing: material creation, tooling management.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Act as an escalation point of contact for daily operations.
- Identify process standardization and improvement potentials, and support the implementation process.
- Support global initiatives of process changes and digitalization.
This is what you bring to us:
- Professional experience of 3+ years as a team leader, preferably in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or a similar role.
- Experience with supplier audits and performance management.
- Performance-oriented, good communication skills, and assertiveness.
- Customer-oriented problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience with the WeQ system (or similar quality management platforms).
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (mainly MS Outlook and Excel).
- Excellent English skills in speaking and writing.
