- Contribute to the development and implementation of project and transition management methodologies and standards.
- Support the monitoring of project/transition progress, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project/transition documentation, including plans, reports, and presentations.
- Facilitate project/transition meetings, ensuring agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and adherence to milestones.
- Support strategic projects through documentation management and coordination of activities critical to project success.
- Interest in new technologies will be considered a plus, with opportunities to learn and work with low-code automation tools.
This is what you bring to us:
- College degree in Management, Project Management, or similar.
- Eligible for an IEFP internship + Talento (level 6).
- Good understanding and experience in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
- Interest in Agile methodologies and/or Waterfall is a Plus.
- Ability to plan, document, and report status reports.
- Communicative and with good interpersonal skills.
- Critical and logical thinking.
- Advanced English written and spoken.
