Responsibilities:

 

  • Support the purchasing function within the business;
  • Manage Material-creation and maintenance;
  • Manage Contract-creation and maintenance;
  • Request, track and validate order acknowledgements;
  • Collect and assess data related to blocked invoices and provide analysis in case of escalations;
  • Support the transfer of activities from international legal entities into the service organization.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Fluent in English (German or other European language is a plus);
  • Background in Accounting, Logistics or Business Management;
  • Knowledge of MS office tools;
  • Communication skills and cooperative mindset;
  • High level of accountability and accuracy;
