You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- Implement and develop HR programs, including performance management and onboarding process.
- Support in developing personal career paths (for Team Lead and operational staff).
- Set up, execute and continuously update training curriculum for operational staff.
- Prepare specific trainings that can be conducted in-house (e.g. Onboarding package, Introduction Day, etc.).
- Provide HR Analytics and insights by monitoring workforce metrics, developing dashboards, and translating people’s data into actionable recommendations that support business performance and organizational effectiveness.
This is what you bring to us:
- Professional experience in Human Resources (>2yearsI).
- Working experience in SAP HCM.
- Good communication skills and assertiveness.
- Excellent English and Portuguese language skills in speaking and writing, further language skills desirable.
- Former experience in process improvement, organizational optimization and/or standardization.
- Team player with a good sense for different company/ country cultures.
- Experience in HR Analytics and data-driven HR management, including the analysis of workforce metrics and development of management reports.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and experience with HR reporting tools and dashboards (e.g., SAP HCM reporting, Power BI or similar).
Salary Range: 32k - 35k
