Responsibilities:

 

  • Collaborated with the Network team in an agile environment, working with Sprints and Product Backlog Items (PBIs) to design and refine the company's network architecture;
  • Managed and participated in projects aimed at transitioning network architecture concepts into operational IT frameworks, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs);
  • Provided network-related consulting services for group-wide IT infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations, mergers and acquisitions, and production IT initiatives;
  • Demonstrated expertise in 2nd/3rd level support for WAN/LAN technologies, including WLAN, LAN, VPN, and SD-WAN;
  • Implemented and maintained security mechanisms for communication systems, including perimeter defenses, NAC, proxies, and IDS/IPS;
  • Utilized network automation tools such as Ansible and Puppet to streamline operations and enhance scalability;
  • Managed DNS, DHCP, and IP address management using DDI solutions such as BlueCat, Infoblox, and EfficientIP;
  • Coordinated troubleshooting efforts and optimized network performance through continuous enhancement of systems;
  • Utilize agile methodologies to drive the development process, working with DevOps teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Proficient in network technologies: WLAN, LAN, VPN, SD-WAN;
  • Experience with Fortinet FW, ZScaler, BlueCat or Infoblox, EfficientIP;
  • Knowledge of network automation tools: Ansible, Puppet;
  • Project management skills;
  • Understanding of ITIL framework;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience with agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle;
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
