Responsibilities:

 

  • Design and Development: Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules and micro-learning videos;
  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and stakeholders across different regions and business units to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions;
  • Content Localization: Adapt and localize training content to ensure cultural relevance and effectiveness for diverse global audiences;
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and data analysis, and make necessary improvements to enhance learning outcomes;
  • Technology Integration: Utilize multimedia tools and learning management systems (LMS) to deliver and track training programs; 
  • Project Management: Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals;
  • Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances performance and transfer;
  • Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning knowledge.

 


Requirements:

 

  • Instructional design knowledge, familiar with learning and development models and adult learning theory;
  • Comfortable with stakeholder management and project communication skills;
  • Excellent proficiency in authoring software (e.g. Articulate, Camtasia, LXT, Slidepresenter or similar);
  • Required PC skills: MS Office with focus on Powerpoint and Excel;
  • Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System, preferably SAP Successfactors;
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and additional certification is highly desirable;
  • + 3 year experience in instructional design/Learning & Development;
  • Excellent English skills in speaking and writing;
  • Professional didactical Knowledge incl. Train the Trainer Transfer with multiple sessions;
  • Experience in the technical/operative sector (preferable);
  • Lesson and curriculum planning skills;
  • Excellent analytical-conceptual skills, structured and results-driven way of working, and ability to get things done in an operating environment.
