Responsibilities:

• Act as a core member of the distributed IT SAP QM application team responsible for support and enhancements projects in a complex and integrated IT landscape in QM.
• Daily incident solving in SAP QM (2nd level support), HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) (SAP & NON-SAP).
• Be the main IT counterpart for the Business-Function globally and for the region Europe.
• Manage internal and external partners, in the implementation of new requirements and, if required, in the context of incident management. 
• Map requirements, processes and objectives, develop necessary QM solutions adjustments to satisfy business requirements; identify and implement solutions.
• Creation of integration concepts for third party software in the area of QM towards the enterprise backbone SAP.
• Execution of market research for the best suitable QM tools to fulfill new upcoming requirements (e.g. audit processes, quality statistics, etc.) which are typically non SAP-based.
• Participate in global improvement activities like process mining, robotics, and process automation.

Requirements:

• 3+ years working in the QM area, preferably with experience implementing large-scale complex ERP initiatives on a global / enterprise level
• High level of commitment, responsibility, self-motivation, and organization
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP QM and hands-on configuration experience
• Good knowledge of the integration points between QM, WM, FI/CO, MM, and PP is a plus
• Experience with SAP HSE is a plus
• SAP S/4 HANA knowledge is a plus
• Willingness to travel (about 10% of the time)
• Fluent in English (mandatory), German skills are a plus
