In-house SAP HCM IT Analyst (m/f/x)

Responsibilities:

• Act as a core member of the distributed IT SAP HCM application team responsible for support (50%) and enhancements projects (50%) in a complex and integrated IT landscape in HR
• Daily incident solving in HCM PA, PT, PY, OM (2nd and 3rd level support)
• Be the main on-site IT counterpart for Portuguese Payroll
• Map requirements, processes and objectives, develop necessary product modifications to satisfy business requirements. Document AS-IS and TO-BE by identifying gaps, issues and work around solutions; supervise development activities when needed
• Support the global SAP ECC HR Roll-out, SuccessFactors Implementation, FIORI

Requirements:

• 3+ years working in HCM area, preferably with experience implementing large-scale complex ERP initiatives on a global / enterprise level
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP HCM and hands-on configuration experience
• Demonstrated expertise in Time Management, main focus on Evaluation schema & Rules
• Availability to work with both remote (DE, US) and in-house (PT) teams
• SAP S/4 HANA knowledge is a plus
• Success Factors knowledge is a plus
• Fluent in English (mandatory), German skills are a plus
• High level of commitment, responsibility, self-motivation, and organization
• Experience at working and collaborating in an international team environment
• Strong interpersonal and good communication skills
• Analytic and inter-divisional thinking and acting
• Willingness to travel to Germany
