  • Classification, investigation, and resolution of Microsoft Dynamics CRM related tickets
  • High quality proactive communication of issues within IT and the user community
  • Root cause analysis of recurring issues, including long-term resolution proposal
  • Understanding and documenting system processes within Dynamics CRM
  • Propose improvements to the system and processes
  • Test, document and communicate changes according to guidelines 




  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft technology (Dynamics CRM or Power Platform or Azure, etc.) 
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Customer oriented mindset and behavior, socially skilled with a proactive attitude and ability to communicate transparently, efficiently, clearly and concisely
  • Proven ability to understand highly integrated processes and data as well as demonstrated ability to think and work logically and methodically
  • High organizational skill required to manage and track issues until solved
  • Broad technical knowledge required, for example: Active Directory, workflows, database issues, etc.
