- Process and apply incoming customer payments accurately and timely
- Investigate and resolve unapplied cash and payment discrepancies
- Perform account reconciliations and support the month end closing process
- Collaborate with customers, banks, and internal stakeholders to resolve payment-related issues
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
- Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
- Mantain and Update DeskTop Procedures
This is what you bring to us:
- Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of previous experience in Cash Application, Accounts Receivable, or Customer Financial Services (preferably in a Shared Service environment).
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Experience with SAP R3 or S/4Hana
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, resilient, detail oriented, and able to take ownership of tasks.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
