You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- Contribute to the definition of the company's overall communication strategy, bringing insights from employee feedback, market trends, and business priorities.
- Develop and execute the annual Internal Communication Strategic Plan, aligned with People & Organization (P&O), and business priorities.
- Produce high-quality written content in English (newsletters, announcements, intranet posts, leadership messages, town hall scripts, FAQs, etc.) and manage and optimise internal communication channels — digital signage, intranet, email, Teams.
- Partner with P&O and Leadership to communicate key people initiatives: onboarding, engagement, well-being, change management, and talent programmes.
- Design and lead communication campaigns around key cultural and strategic moments (e.g., Employer Brand, business milestones).
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Employee Branding initiatives (including events, activations, and content).
- Manage relationships with external communication and creative vendors, ensuring quality, alignment with brand guidelines, and delivery within scope and budget.
- Organise and facilitate internal meetings, town halls, and team events that promote engagement, alignment, and two-way communication across the organisation.
- Design, launch, and analyse employee surveys to gather actionable insights on engagement, culture, and communication effectiveness; present findings and recommendations to leadership.
- Measure the impact of communication activities through data and employee feedback; propose continuous improvements, and advise and coach managers and senior stakeholders on communication best practices.
- Support the translation and localisation of Group-level communications to ensure local relevance and tone.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to Webasto's visual identity and tone of voice across all internal materials.
This is what you bring to us:
- 5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field (experience in a multinational or Business Services environment is highly valued).
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills — native or near-native proficiency is essential.
- Proven ability to craft clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences and formats.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively across multi-functional teams, with a high level of accountability and ownership.
- Solid understanding of communication channels, tools, and emerging digital platforms.
- Data-driven mindset.
