  • Responsible for managing interface between program and suppliers, since nomination of the project to start of production (SOP), (GW1 to GW5) to ensure the specific requirements for new programs are fulfilled, as a representative of purchasing team
  • Ensure supplier selection based on the agreed supplier panel given by commodity buyers: identify and consult suppliers, manage RFQ’s 
  • Manage supplier negotiation: Review, analyze and negotiate supplier quotation together with commodity buyers support to achieve the requirements of the design and manufacturing, according the target costs of the projects
  • Ensure final choice of suppliers: lead sourcing committee process to select suppliers and attend project management regular meeting and support project manager during program phase
  • Direct performance follow-up during program phase: manage suppliers issues, compare costs with targets, ensure quality during program phase, ensure the deadlines of the program are achieved on time
  • Communicate supplier risks in regards to the launch of a program to the cross functional team
  • Ensure all purchased components meets all purchasing budget milestones and completion of purchased component APQP
  • Negotiate Engineering Change Requests, create PO’s and manage contracts in SAP and maintain relevant Purchasing reports (KPI’s)



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or in Business administration
  • Experience within Purchasing, would be plus in automotive industry
  • Knowledge of APQP and program management in automotive
  • SAP knowledge, proficiency in MS office, analytical capabilities as well as knowledge of supplier cost structure
  • Highly effective communication skills with stakeholders & suppliers 
  • Good planning and organization skills, results oriented, Team player, high motivation, can-do attitude, flexibility
  • Fluent in English
