Business Process Management Specialist (m/f/x)

Located in the heart of Lisbon, Webasto Portugal is a Business Service Center (WBS), part of the Webasto Group.

Responsibilities:

• Support in modeling the processes based upon input collected via templates and interviews into the business process management tool of Webasto;
• To collect input for processes to be modeled from the business functions located all over the world;
• Support in training and e-learnings creation and maintenance for the education of business users which will be responsible for managing and operating business processes;
• Support in analyzing and developing business processes and data structures.

Requirements:

• College degree in Business Administration, Information technology, or similar;
• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 standards is a plus;
• Passion for process modeling and designing;
• Excellent communication skills and passioned for teamwork;
• Knowledge of Office 365 key tools (MS Excel, MS PowerBI, etc.);
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
