Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Dashboard Management
- Develop, maintain, and improve reports, dashboards, and KPI monitoring solutions
- Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting needs across the business
- Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, relevant, and aligned with business requirements
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance insights
- Support stakeholders with data-driven recommendations and decision-making
- Translate business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions
Data Quality & Governance
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting data
- Support the maintenance of reporting datasets, definitions, and documentation
- Contribute to reporting standards and governance activities
Stakeholder Support & Collaboration
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and priorities
- Provide support and guidance on reports, dashboards, and BI tools
- Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automation, and user experience
- Support BI-related projects and reporting enhancements
- Promote best practices in data visualization and reporting
Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Analysis, or a similar role
- Experience with reporting and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI) and advanced Excel
- Knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and translate business requirements into reporting solutions
