Webasto Portugal is a Business Service Center for the Webasto Group. These exciting tasks are waiting for you here:




  • Support with regular maintenance tasks within the system
  • Manage users & authorizations within the procurement tool
  • Test and document design changes according to defined test plans
  • Maintain relevant documentation such as functional design document or training material
  • Act as second level support and facilitate problem solving
  • Ensure quality of bulk/batch uploads into the system
  • Manage procurement tool dashboard templates 



  • College degree (affinity with IT sciences is preferred)
  • Min. 2 years of experience in IT, purchasing or master data function
  • Experience in procurement tool Ariba is a plus
  • Process and Project Management know-how
  • Strong ability to work independently and as a Teamplayer
  • Self-disciplined for autonomously prioritize assignments as well as Good communication skills
  • Very Good English proficiency (written and spoken)
