Accountant for General Ledger and Fixed Assets (m/f/x)

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly GL accounting activities (e.g. manual journal entries, account maintenance, accruals…);
• Creation and maintenance of assets including capitalization, Scrap, etc..;
• Manage bank statements;
• Perform period end closing activities and coordinate closing with local teams;
• Manage month end closing process (e.g. GL Account reconciliation, Balance Sheet review);
• Prepare and provide information to external auditors;
• Prepare and/or update desktop procedures. 

Requirements

• 3-4 year of experience in General Ledger (R2R) Accounting;
• College degree in Business Administration or equivalent Accounting qualification; 
• Able to analyse Balance Sheet accounts in line with IFRS;
• Working experience with SAP FI; 
• Advanced knowledge of MS office tools (MS Outlook and Excel);
• Language skills: fluent in English;
• Team player with a good sense for different company/ country cultures;
• Pro-activeness with analytical and critical thinking.
